- United States Shipping: Typically arrives within 3 to 6 business days via our domestic logistics network.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 12 to 26 days, depending on your country's customs regulations.
- Discreet Packaging: To ensure your privacy, all orders are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents inside.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to safety and pharmaceutical regulations, the return of medications is strictly governed:
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged, expired, or if the incorrect item was sent.
- Condition: For a return to be processed, the items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return or replacement claim within 3 days of receiving your package.
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or tampered with.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our pharmacy team, we will process your refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card/Bitcoin) within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- In cases of Bitcoin payments, refunds will be calculated based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction.
